Whether you’re navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, or mindset blocks, this is a space to step out of your head and into a clearer, calmer version of yourself.

This is not therapy, and it’s not a pressured performance. It’s an emotional support session that gives you room to be heard, guided, and given practical next steps.

What is a Support Call?

A Support Call is a private, judgment‑free one‑off session where we focus entirely on you.

This is not therapy, and it’s not coaching with pressure to “fix” yourself. Instead, it’s a supportive, intentional conversation that helps you:

  • Slow down and regulate your nervous system

  • Get out of your head and into clarity

  • Feel heard, validated, and grounded

  • Untangle what’s actually going on beneath the surface

Is this therapy or coaching?

Neither, and a bit of both (Courtney is trained and certified in therapy and coaching). This is not therapy and does not replace mental health treatment. It’s also not traditional coaching with goals, homework, or performance expectations. A Support Call is a grounded, supportive conversation focused on clarity, emotional regulation, and next steps.

Does Courtney's husband offer Support Calls?
