A Support Call is a one-on-one conversation designed to help you gain clarity, feel supported, and walk away with a grounded next step, whether you’re navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, mindset blocks, or simply need a neutral, compassionate space to talk things through.

What Is a Support Call?

A Support Call is a private, judgment-free session where we focus entirely on you.

This is not therapy and not coaching with pressure to perform or "fix" yourself. Instead, it’s a supportive, intentional conversation that helps you:

  • Slow down and regulate your nervous system

  • Get out of your head and into clarity

  • Feel heard, validated, and grounded

  • Untangle what’s actually going on beneath the surface

Think of it as a reset button with real insight and practical takeaways.

What We Can Work Through Together

Support Calls are flexible and personalized. Common reasons people book include:

  • Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally heavy

  • Being stuck in indecision or self-doubt

  • Navigating life transitions or big changes

  • Relationship or boundary challenges

  • Navigating non-monogamy, polyamory, or mono–poly dynamics

  • Processing jealousy, insecurity, or communication challenges in open relationships

You bring whatever is present. We meet it together.

Who This Is For

You don’t need to prepare or have the “right” words; just show up as you are.

Support Call
  • Each call is 45 minutes long and conducted via Zoom (with or without video)

  • Neither, and a bit of both (Courtney is trained and certified in therapy and coaching).

    This is not therapy and does not replace mental health treatment. It’s also not traditional coaching with goals, homework, or performance expectations. A Support Call is a grounded, supportive conversation focused on clarity, emotional regulation, and next steps.
